History

In honour and memory of our father, a great teacher and colleague,
A doyen of the Macedonian legal profession, Attorney at Law Efto Spiroski.

Our father, Attorney at Law Efto Spiroski, founded the law office in 1988 in Skopje, where we began working with great enthusiasm after graduating from the Faculty of Law. Our love for the legal profession is rooted in his extensive experience as a judge in the Criminal Department of the Municipal Court Skopje I, a judge in the Civil Department, an investigating judge, an enforcement judge at the same court, and later a judge at the District Court in Skopje.

Attorney at Law Efto Spiroski was born on 3 January 1951 in Gostivar and was one of the leading Macedonian attorneys and legal experts. Through his dedication, professionalism, experience, extraordinary spirit and fruitful work, he passed on to us, as his direct associates, a wealth of knowledge and expertise, while also leaving a profound mark on the Macedonian legal profession and society as a whole over the course of four decades.

His distinguished legal career, which was marked not only by expertise but also by exceptional oratory skills, included some of the most difficult and complex criminal cases, in which he provided his clients with brilliant and successful defence; these cases are now part of the history of the Macedonian justice system.

In the first years after the establishment of the office, its work was primarily focused on criminal law, while it also handled civil cases, particularly complex property cases and matters relating to Family Law and the protection of children.

Later, over the years, through cooperation with clients and following our employment at the office, in response to changes in society and the development of the private sector, in addition to Criminal and Civil Law, the office expanded its work into Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Sports Law, Environmental Protection, representation and consulting for companies in various fields, particularly construction, as well as other areas of law in accordance with clients’ needs.

Attorney at Law Efto Spiroski passed away on 26 January 2019 in Skopje.

Throughout all the years in which we worked and progressed together, with complete dedication to our work, regular study of professional literature and exchange of experience and knowledge, and especially through the knowledge and experience our father selflessly passed on to us, we built a reputable law office that continues to develop every day in accordance with current social changes. Through this process, we grew into attorneys and professionals dedicated to their work, thorough and committed, who through continuous professional development, expertise and enthusiasm have become a pillar of support and security for our clients who need legal protection in all areas of law.
