History
In the honor and memory of our father, great teacher and colleague, the Doyen of Macedonian law, lawyer Efto Spiroski
The law office was founded by our father, lawyer Efto Spiroski in 1988 in Skopje. We started working in it after our graduation with great enthusiasm. The love for law is a result of his rich experience as a judge in criminal department of the Municipal Court Skopje 1 Skopje, a judge in Civil department, investigation judge in the same court and after that a judge in the District Court Skopje.
Lawyer Efto Spiroski was born on 03.01.1951 n the city of Gostivar and died on 26.01.2019 in Skopje. He was one of the top Macedonian lawyers and law experts. With his commitment, professionalism, experience, immemorial spirit and fertile work with us as his immediate coworkers he passed on an enormous knowledge and expertise and at the same time he made a strong impression upon Macedonian law and the whole social life in the past four decades.
In his rich law career which beside expertise was decorated by unique oratory skills there are counted the hardest and most complicated criminal subjects with brilliant successful defense. These subjects are part of the history of Macedonian justice.
The first years of the establishment of his office where mostly directed towards criminal law but there were also civil subjects, especially complicated proprietary subjects and ones from the area of Family law and protection of children.
Later on, through all the years of cooperation with clients and after our employment in the office, according the changes in the society and development of the private sector, beside criminal and civil law, the work has been expanded in the area of trade law, administrative law, sport law, protection of the environment, advocacy and consulting of trade companies from different areas and especially in construction and other areas of law according the demands of clients.
In all the years in which we have worked and progressed together with complete commitment, regular following of professional literature and exchange of experience and knowledge and especially through the knowledge and experience which was selflessly transmitted by our father, we have made renowned law office which is developing every day according the actual social changes. In that way we have built ourselves as lawyers, professionals in the work, thorough and committed. Through upgrading, expertise and enthusiasm we have become pillar and security for our clients who need legal protection in all the areas of law.
